Do you have a store I can bring my computer in to?
No. One of the reasons we can offer "in-store" pricing, for "on-site or in-home" services, is because we don't have a store. No building to rent, no electric to pay. The savings goes straight to you and makes us Very competitive in the computer repair industry.
Can you repair my computer remotely?
Yes! As long as you have an internet connection, we can log into your computer using a program called Teamviewer. Most common repairs, such as virus removal, can be done remotely- saving us both time and money.
What can I expect during an in-home visit?
On the day of your appointment, a technician will call about an hour prior to give you a heads up- we're on our way! Coffee is on us, so don't be shy about it if we ask for your order, we love it too! When we get there, we will want to see the culprit and do some diagnostics. After which, we will provide you with a written quote for services. You'll be asked to agree by signing the quote and then the magic happens. After services are complete, we will review what has been done and ask you to sign off saying our service met your expectation.
What forms of payment do you accept
Pretty much all of them! Major credit cards, paypal, venmo and even cold hard cash!
How long will it take
Tough question! Most in-home computer repair services that we offer take between 1 and 2 hours to complete. Regardless, a time estimate will given after a diagnostic is completed.
Flat Rate or Hourly
A little from column A, and a little from Column B. Most services are billed at a flat rate. This keeps us honest and keeps you from feeling ripped off if a repair takes an unexpectedly long time to finish. Services like Website Design or consulting are billed hourly at $60.00/hour as they require sporadic but on-going attention.
